Tamkeen would like to invite Business Enterprises to benefit from "Tarweej" Scheme and participate in the upcoming Bahrain IT Expo 2012 taking place from the 09 - 11 April 2012 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
Bahrain IT Expo will provide your company the opportunity to showcase products and services related to the e-Community. Business Enterprises in the Information Communication Technology Sector can now participate by benefiting from our "Tarweej" Scheme, a co-financing scheme designed to support Businesses to be sustainable and increase the reach of their products and services through local and international trade exhibitions. Businesses will be selected on the basis of first-come first-serve basis provided they qualify with the following criteria:
- Participants to attend an orientation session (session is held in Enterprise Development Support Agency offices (EDSA), Miral Building – Seef District.
- Interested Exhibitors can register for the session by contacting the Tamkeen- Enterprise Development Support Agency on: 80001008 or book online through EDSA website: www.tamkeen.bh/edsa
- Participants will receive an "Application Form" and a "Standard Contract" after attending the "Orientation Session".
- Participants to prepare the following documents and submit it along with the attached application form. Required documents are:
- Copy of the CPR of the Business owner or any authorized individual
- Copy of CR
- Proof of payment of LMRA monthly fees
- Copy of LMRA Bahranization Certificate
- Copy of the latest "Account Statement"
- Copy of utility bill for the last month before submitting the application
- Copy of the latest Audited Financial Report or Internal Audited Financial
- Copy of the latest Audited Financial Report for small and medium Business enterprises
- Report for small business enterprises
- After receiving the Standard Contract and signing the "Application Form", participant would be requested to provide two security cheques; one would cover Tamkeen's Contribution i.e. the 80% share of the full price which will be refunded, and another to cover the participants share i.e. 20% of the full price.
- A site visit will be conducted to the Exhibition stand during the Exhibition
