The standard exhibition stands are 3m wide and 2m deep with 2.5m height. Stand fittings will consist of: System stand, carpet floor, two fluorescent lights, fascia board name in English, single phase electric power point, one counter table and one meeting table with four chairs.

Each exhibitor will avail the following benefits:

• Exhibitors' names will be published in the forum website.
• Exhibitors' profile and logo will be included in the forum proceeding CD/USB.
• Advertising space with nominal charges will be available in the Exhibition Guide.
• A brief profile (10 lines) of each exhibitor will be included in the official exhibition guide free of charge. The guide will be circulated to all invited government officials, VIPs, visitors and participating delegates.
• Wide publicity of the exhibition will be given in the Gulf region to attract professionals, consultants, contractors and vendors to visit the exhibition booths during the period of the forum.
• Each exhibitor is entitled to one full forum package (1 delegate) and allowed to attend all the technical sessions' free-of-charge during the 2 days forum period.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due in full at the time of exhibition booking.
• Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
• Exhibition booking cancellation should be received in writing 8 weeks prior to the event.
